This is my all-time favorite breakfast! It’s basically a simple porridge recipe with oats, fruits and everything you’ve got in the kitchen. It’s only a 40 gram meal and it is great for stable blood sugar. I know every single person reacts differently to certain foods, but for me, this is awesome because I don’t spike after eating this.
Porridge with Berries

Ingredients
- 50 g oats (25g Carbs)
- 100 ml soy milk (5g Carbs)
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp diced almonds
- 100g berries (10g carb)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- On medium heat cook for 3 minutes.
- Decorate with berries and almonds.
Notes
- 1 serving has 40g grams of carbs.
